Designed with clean hydraulic porting, this pump incorporates the patented Peak-Flo recessed volute with a nesting closed impeller, which prevents eddy-current induced wear sites and virtually eliminates recirculation between the impeller shroud and suctionliner. Coupled with a clean suction port and the right choice of materials, our customers are realizing improved wear and are switching from the OEM style quickly.

Created primarily to upgrade existing “splitcase” OEM style slurry pumps, this simple, patented centrifugal slurry pump is considered the greatest advancement in slurry pumping in the last decade. With hydrocyclones, fluid pressure is converted into rotational momentum providing centrifugal classification of solid from slurries.
Townley hydrocylones are designed and manufactured with replacable Towniprene urethane cone body and apex, and include a mating urethane line feed chamber and vortex finder.

Type C With hard metal shredder attachment and open impeller for applications with fibrous material, wood yard waste, slaughterhuoseand food processing waste o recycling.
